We had a lovely dinner at Taphouse 41 with a friend, and this is the Wake Up Call Burger, with American cheese, fried egg, bacon, peanut butter, ghost chile jam, lettuce, and roasted garlic mayo.

Y’all, that’s a “Pea & Cheese Salad,” which stayed right there on the shelf in the Hy-vee grocery store.
Since Doug illegally went to Watecha Bowl without me to try the Indian Tacos, we had to go a second time. This is a vegetarian version they made for me.
Of course we also got this dessert at Watecha Bowl, which was simply the fry bread with honey. I’m here to tell you it was delicious! Like funnel cake without the powdered sugar. Best eaten while still warm (not that we tried it cold, since we had no leftovers).
