Museum of American Glass

I love glass objects, so it’s no surprise we found ourselves at the Museum of American Glass at the Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center (WACC) in Millville, New Jersey, in an area where there is a rich history of glassmaking. Located on 65 acres, WACC is laid out with several buildings to explore on its campus. In addition to the Museum of American Glass, there’s a hot glass studio, traditional craft studios, museum stores, and much more.

The Museum of American Glass is located in a large building with many rooms, showcasing many pieces its 20,000-piece collection. Exhibits include paperweights, early glass, contemporary glass, Art Nouveau glass, and much more. Many items were displayed in windows lit by natural light, which was truly stunning on our luckily sunny day. I took approximately 8 million pictures, so please admire my restraint in this blog post.
